We collected some feedback on the peerthink conference and tried to take it to heart while we were
revising our products in the project’s last two months. We couldn’t do all, but we wrote some introductions, added layout, wrote a little self learn tool on Intersectionality etc.etc. There is much more to do and we hope that PeerThink might inspire you to improve what we started…

strengths
• The effort to link theory and practice.
• The idea to work with constructions of Violence perpetrators
• Exchange of work practices; evaluation of some aspects of the work we are doing/performing within our organisations
• the choice to discuss methods with experts in their field/to get to know more methods
• to see or to perceive some methods from other country I haven't seen before
• international team of moderators
• The group is too big for a discussion, but the debates are very interesting.
• It was a great opportunity to meet practitioners of the field of violence.
• approaching the issue from an intersectional point of view
addressing the issue of violence that is actually an outcome of several
other factors, and looking at those factors too
• good theoretical basis, all in all
• the contents and how they are presented (language level e.g.), the methods
• The manual provides many different methods on intersectional peer Violence prevention
• Practice-connection + many different methods/self learn modules + self reflection
• Exercises/Information can be used in trainings very easily.
• Stressing the importance of knowing the social (and material)
background of a young person we try to help to when dealing with
violence; multiple structure of his/her identity, thinking the sociel
categories together ...
• “At last“ theory met practice...

• Manual: Self-learn module is great idea, I like your humor! The
reflection on own biography is an effective invitation to get into the
material
• Easy access/„funny“/Intensity/Innovative (at least for me).
• Would add more questions on Gender“ module, about the personal approach to gender/sex in the working context.
• Did you already test it with the target?/ Does the modules have a common structure?
• What about doing diverse levels for each module? Or one for professionals and the other for Youth?

• We didn't talk about the recomandations of the theorists to the
practionists how to use the new approach which should be (or already
is...) intersectional. - In a way: something that would bring together
the ways of using the manual of PeerThink, especially the methods that
can stress the speciality of intersectionality.

(n-word ???)/Ethnicity is much more than „race“,the questions on the
self perceptions are ALL about only this [?]It is a pity!!
